Verona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a meeting point for culture and traditions, transforms itself and dresses up with lights, sounds and colors for Valentine’s Day. The center of the city will be illuminated by hundreds of heart-shaped lights. Verona celebrates love, a universal feeling.
The romantic event involves six enchanting towns on Lake Garda: Peschiera del Garda, Castelnuovo del Garda, Lazise, Bardolino, Garda and Torri del Benaco.
The symbol of the event is the “Walk of Love – 3,000 steps that are good for the heart”, the pedestrian path on the lakefront that connects Bardolino to Garda and vice versa.
For lovers of nature and walks, Malcesine cableway offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the landscape of Monte Baldo even during the winter season, with lots of trails for the more experienced ones, but also for those who want to try a walk with snowshoes for the first time.
Snowshoes can be rented at the information point of the Ski School next to Monte del Funivia station.
