The chefs and restaurateurs choose the best cuts of local and foreign meat, offering the best to our customers (Garronese Veneta, Wagyu, Hereford). In the Re Lear meat restaurant the cuts are grilled in a natural way in the BeefGrill over an very high temperatures (800° – 1000°) arriving at the table with crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. Our fresh fish varieties both from the lake and from the sea and the first dishes (home made pasta) are no less so.
